Hiring Process

Our interview process includes five steps. You’ll meet your future manager, potential teammates, and other stakeholders from across the company.

{

Application Review

We’ll carefully review your CV and portfolio to ensure your skills and experience match the position.

01

Initial Call

A recruiter will reach out to share more about the role you’ve applied for and learn about your background and interest in working at Elementor.

02

Meet the Manager

You’ll meet with the hiring manager to discuss your experience, learn about the team and role expectations, and explore your fit for the position. You’ll also give a short portfolio presentation, showcasing one or two projects you’re proud of.

How to prepare

03

Craft Assessment

You’ll receive a take-home assignment and then meet with a couple of our senior designers to walk through your design process. We’re interested in how you approach problems — from research and ideation through to final execution — not just the end result.

04

Stakeholders Round

You’ll meet cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. from Product and HR) who will ask questions to better understand how you collaborate, make decisions, and align with Elementor’s values and culture.

05

Reference Checks

The recruiter will contact a couple of people you’ve previously worked with — such as managers or colleagues — whom you’ll provide as references. These conversations help us gain insight into your working style, strengths, and overall fit for the role and team.

Decision & Offer

If you’re selected, we’ll send you a competitive offer and give you space to review and ask questions. Regardless of the outcome, your recruiter will follow up and let you know where things stand.
